Collection methods for your products
Collection of your order directly from our Geneva office located at Rue des Barques n°4. You can collect your order Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00. We advise you to always contact us before coming to pickup your order.
Your products will be stored safely until you collect them. We ask you to bring your identity card to identify yourself and a proof of residence (energy bill less than 3 months old) and/or a valid power of attorney if you are acting as a proxy. A sample power of attorney form can be emailed to you before your visit.
Collection from our representative office in Lasne by appointment: collect your order directly from our representative office in Lasne after arranging a date and time with the person in charge of your file. The precise address of the office will be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail. Our outdoor car park will allow you to park discreetly.

All deliveries are fully insured against loss and theft, guaranteeing the security of your order. This delivery service is provided by an independent external service provider who has been working with GFI GOLD for many years. A member of the team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. You will need to be present to collect your goods and the delivery person will ask for your ID to verify your identity.
All the orders we ship are delivered against a signature and are covered by a special transport insurance policy for the duration of the transport.
A tailor-made solution for deliveries within France is also under consideration.

If delivery cannot be made within the timescale communicated, your parcel will be held by the carrier, who will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
If the delivery does not meet your expectations, it is essential to inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
