Methods of collection and delivery of your GFI GOLD products

Collection of your order directly from our Geneva office located at Rue des Barques n°4. You can collect your order Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00. We advise you to always contact us before coming to pickup your order.

Your products will be stored safely until you collect them. We ask you to bring your identity card to identify yourself and a proof of residence (energy bill less than 3 months old) and/or a valid power of attorney if you are acting as a proxy. A sample power of attorney form can be emailed to you before your visit.

Collection from our representative office in Lasne by appointment: collect your order directly from our representative office in Lasne after arranging a date and time with the person in charge of your file. The precise address of the office will be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail. Our outdoor car park will allow you to park discreetly.
