How to confirm an order via your GFI GOLD customer area

The different steps

    Call us to place your order and fix a buying or selling price

    After placing your order over the phone, you will receive an email inviting you to login to your customer area to confirm your order
  • 3
    If you are not yet a customer, we will invite you to fill in your personal information first
  • 4
    Once you have accepted your order, you will be asked to make the payment or deliver your gold on time within the agreed timing
  • 5
    In case of purchase: Upon receipt of funds, you will receive an email inviting you to contact us in order to plan the pickup of your purchase

    In case of sale: You are invited to deliver your gold on time
  • 6
    You will have access to the evolution and history of your orders in your customer area
